Questions about the plans
Are prices shown excluding or including VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT, with the equivalent including VAT (Belgian VAT of 21%) alongside. The actual VAT is calculated at checkout according to your country and status: VAT-registered businesses within the EU with a valid VAT number are under the reverse charge.
How does the Firm plan work?
Firm is a per-user licence held by your firm (not by a personal account): create your firm’s space, invite your colleagues, and the firm subscribes to one licence per member — adjusted pro rata on every arrival or departure. Pro, by contrast, is a personal plan tied to your account. If you had subscribed to Firm on your personal account, that licence is attached to the firm as soon as it is created, with no new payment.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions have no commitment and can be cancelled in one click from your account (billing portal). You keep access until the end of the paid period.
How does the 14-day money-back guarantee work?
If Pro or Firm does not suit you, write to us within 14 days of payment: we refund in full, no questions asked. Consumers also keep their legal right of withdrawal.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, a compliant invoice is issued automatically with every payment, with your VAT number if you have provided it. It is available in the billing portal and sent by email.
What happens if I exceed my AI quota?
The AI analysis quota resets every day. In the meantime, you can enter the details by hand: the calculation itself is never limited.
